Calverstown MX Motocross Practice Days Schedule for 2025 and the format for the Annual Subscription Options and related Application Form is attached and should be completed and submitted by any Adult Riders planning to attend and use the Calverstown MX track in 2025, and the Calverstown MX practice track facility will only be available to signed up subscribers in 2025, therefore attendance and use of the track will require prior completion, signature and return to Calverstown MX of the attached 2025 Adult Motocross Practice Schedule, Costs and Subscription Application Form and the Calverstown MX RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT prior to attendance and participation in any 2025 practice sessions, and the options in the attached documents will be available for the 2025 season that will run from February to October 2025 inclusive;

Payment should also be made prior attendance and use of the track, and payment can be made in one annual payment for the full value, or alternatively 4 or 6 Monthly Instalment Payments can be chosen depending on the Subscription Type Selected, and it should be noted that there is no instalment option available for the minimum entry level Subscription of 5 Practice Sessions.

Please note that the annual cost of operating the Calverstown MX sessions being offered for 2025 is approximately €35,500, and that it is not viable or practical to open the facility for Motocross Practice use in 2025 unless we get the equivalent of a minimum 50 subscribed riders and regrettably no practice sessions can take place unless and until we have the required subscription levels to cover our annual overhead costs.
A final commercial decision will be made by Calverstown MX on or before Friday 31st January 2025 regarding whether we have the required interest and confirmed subscriptions for 2025, to proceed with the proposed practice scheduled detailed in our “2025 Adult Motocross Practice Schedule, Costs and Subscription Application Form” and we will advise accordingly, in due course.
Private Hire will be available to interested groups at a daily rate cost of €1,800, with a waiver of liability and indemnity to Calverstown MX by the hiring group, and other specific conditions of use, which will be provided to interested parties upon confirmation of the groups specific requirements and numbers that they propose to attend their private hire of the Calverstown Motocross Practice Facility.

Use of the Calverstown MX Motocross Practice Facility is subject to and requires completion, signature and submission of the Calverstown MX RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT to Calverstown MX by all persons attending the Calverstown MX Practice Track Facility
Any person that has not completed, signed and submitted the Calverstown MX RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. to Calverstown MX will be committing trespass and has no entitlement to enter onto any lands or access roads considered to be part of the Calverstown MX Practice Track Facility for any reason and such persons are denied access to and use of any lands, facilities or access roads considered to be part of the Calverstown MX Motocross Practice Track Facility
