Use of the Calverstown MX Motocross Facility is subject to prior completion, signature & submission of the Calverstown MX RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY FORM

There was a group of people in a mid sized white van at the practice on the 13th April 2025 that did not register or sign on and did not gear up, however they were riding their bike up and down the laneway from the main road to the track paddock area, I asked them to stop this activity before I watered the track and they had left when I returned after the track was watered, I would like to get in contact with them, consequently does anyone have their names and contact numbers ? or if they are reading this blog then they should e-mail motocrosskildare@gmail.com with their contact details.

We never have a problem with people not signing in or riding their bikes without gear or riding in areas outside the Motocross track facility because the people that use the track know the drill and observe the courtesy of behaving in a responsible and considerate manner, however in view of the incident yesterday I would like to remind everyone that, Use of the Calverstown MX Motocross Practice Facility is subject to and requires prior completion, signature and submission of the attached Calverstown MX RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT to the Calverstown MX person in charge at the track, and wearing of all recommended Motocross Standard safety and protection gear including MX Helmet, MX Goggles, MX Boots, MX body armour, MX Knee Braces or MX Knee Protectors, MX Trousers, MX Gloves (and neck brace if recommended) is required before you mount and ride your bike at the practice facility, this applies to all persons attending the Calverstown MX Practice Track Facility, therefore any person that has not completed, signed and submitted the Calverstown MX RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. to Calverstown MX will be committing trespass and has no entitlement to enter onto or remain at any lands considered to be part of the Calverstown MX Practice Track Facility for any reason and such persons are denied access to and use of any lands, facilities or access roads considered to be part of the Calverstown MX Motocross Practice Track Facility.
